  : The property is basically falling down. There are cracks in the walls, the pool was filthy and had patio furniture in it, there was trash EVERYWHERE! The ice machines were not clean AT ALL and were hardly accessible due to trash being piled around it, the tv screen in our first room was so distorted we couldn’t see the show we were attempting to watch, the joining room had dogs barking at all hrs of the night. When we attempted to call the front desk 3x to no avail, I walked to the office and asked if the phone was broken and the desk attendant told me that he had it turned down

  : The building needs cleaned and grass not mowed...no one cleans up after their pets ..was given an uncleaned room...had to find one that was clean...staff not helpful most of the time...room was not really clean..bed was clean... breakfast was fair... during breakfast no one cleans or picks up garbage... overall stay was decent.. this establishment is an old one and needs some remodeling

  : Staff was friendly but the hotel was very poorly maintained, filthy, scary.
  : We were terrified to stay there and the hotel was disgusting. Roaches everywhere, vagrants all over as well as other very shady-looking people. The room had dust and dirt all over the lamps and the air conditioning vents. The parking lot was scary and we were quite afraid of leaving our car in it overnight. The staff stated that the pool was unavailable but failed to mention how disgusting it was- looked as if it hadn’t been in use in many years. Water was dull of mold, algae, and whatever other disgusting bacteria and mosquito breeding grounds. Checked out less than 5 minutes after checking in. Would rather sleep in the car than this hotel.

  : I am very disappointed and disgusted with this situation that I am dealing with now. I have used booking.com for every hotel we have booked. As well as my husband with his work trips.1- One of the reasons with booking here is because of the outdoor pool. I have 4 children with me on this trip and needed something to entertain them with for a while my oldest is at Texas A&M camp all day. After checking in and driving around to see the pool we find out that the pool is green and not in a working state (after reading the reviews it has apparently been like that for months). This is absolutely and definitely false advertising. So now we have 4 very disappointed children.2- Getting to our room and walking in the first thing I see is that the blankets on the two double beds do not match. Not that big of a deal so we come on in and start unloading. After getting everyone and everything thing in the room we start to notice things. There are holes in the walls that have not been fixed the right way or even tried to be fixed at all, there are tiles falling off the wall in the bathroom, there is mildew all over in the bathroom, the toilet is having a very hard time flushing, the tile floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the 90's, the carpet is sticky, the room smells like a house build in the 60's that no one has lived in in years, the a/c is hardly pushing any air out to the point it's hot in the room with it being set to 62 degrees before we even got here, the desk in the room is about to fall over it's so unstable, the beds are so poorly made I had to re-put the sheets on myself, the tv has lines running through it looks like it might go out any second, and the list is prolly about 10 miles long. The most important one of them all is the room is infested with ROACHES. We didn't see them at first, but we all know they don't come out until night time.
