  : Being next to airport & the shuttle service made catching an early flight somuch easier. It made for a more relaxing trip to check in the evening before our early morning flight & have time to relax & eat dinner at the hotel. Food was good & staff at restaurant so nice!
  : No mini fridge in room & ice machines were not working. Ice chest was in lobby but was not aware of that until going on scavenger hunt for ice.

  : We arrived at this hotel for our stay and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed as of 5/31/2022. They were not honoring any reservatiions

  : I called Bookings to call the Sheraton to confirm that they have closed their hotel the Sheraton for remodeling. I never stayed there. I am still waiting on my refund. I am NOT HAPPY and am still awaiting for my refund. Please contact me at 440-502-8200

  : Hotel closed when we arrived.
  : I understand this review may be irrelevant as this hotel is scheduled for demolition, leaving Cleveland Airport with zero nearby accommodations. But no one informed us of the closure, despite communication directly with the hotel the week prior to our reservation. It represents either blatant dishonesty or deep disorganization, or both, on the part of Sheraton and Booking.com. As a result, I will be avoiding both companies in my future travels. Furthermore, this review is the sole opportunity Booking.com has given me to voice my complaints, as their customer service bots create walls between their service and their customers. A truly awful experience all around.
