  : The customer service was horrible. 2 days before our arrival, I received a message from the rental company that previous guests had set the microwave on fire but the microwave had been replaced with the only issue left is a spot on the cabinet. I didn’t think it was a big deal and it was too short of a notice to try and find another property. When we arrived the kitchen still had the burned up microwave with massive damage in the same state that the previous guests had left it. One of the knobs on the stove was also broken. When I contacted the rental company because I felt like they had been dishonest about the damage and we were unable to utilize the kitchen as we planned; they failed to fully communicate with us and weren’t willing to compensate us for the inconvenience. We spent a lot of money for the property and it really put a damper in our spring break vacation. Never ever again will I do business with this company.

  : Great location, about 30 minutes from all parks. Plenty of beds and bathrooms, beautiful space. Parking right out front.
  : The only issue was the AC wasn’t working well but I contacted the management and they sent a repair person over that evening and the problem was rectified.
