: Front desk personnel were very friendly.
: Upon arrival about 5pm outside of entrance was littered with cigarette butts. Nasty! Upon arrival to the front desk there was a strong odor of marijuana. However next morning the cigarette butts were removed by maintenance.

: Nothing! In their defense I probably should have called to confirm I would be arriving late. However they canceled my reservation for both nights. Stated that they called me to no message left they offered no prepaid reservation but charged the card and it was declined. I showed up with wife and kid at 1am and was turned away. No cancellation notices or stated phone call from hotel.

: Staff was very friendly and the fire pits outside were nice.
: The carpet in my room was extremely sticky, and my feet ended up turning black from walking on it. There was a cockroach on the wall in the morning. I had spent several nights across the street at the Delta hotel for almost $80 less per night and their facilities were very clean. I thought coming across the street to a more expensive hotel since the pool is open an hour later would’ve been nice, but I regret the decision. Will not stay again.

: Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great.
: Pool was dirty, no towels, card readers on exterior entrance doors did not work. Tiny 1 cup coffee pot only made about 5 ozs at a time and only given 1 regular pod and 1 decaf pod.
