Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 18 years old to 17 years old stay for US$5 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
There is an incidentals deposit is due upon check in. It will be refunded in the same way at the time of check out pending an inspection. Contact the property for more details.

No pet allowed; A fee of 250 USD will be charged if someone hides the information and keep pet in the room.

All the room is non smoking. A fee of 250 USD will be charged if evidence of smoking is found in the room.

Each room can accommodate 2 adults, and their children can stay for free, but for a 3rd adult or more, an additional fee will be charged.

Please note that no breakfast will be available at the property starting 12 February 2020 due to renovation.
