: the breakfast was good
: We arrived there at 3, but room was not ready until 5. during the check-in process, the man almost refused us staying there because my husband has a beard, but he doesnt have a beard in his ID and then in the room everything is filthy. The sheets were sickening. There are holes in the wall that are not patched up. The smoke detector is ripped out of the wall wires hanging out, the mattresses are halfway off of the boxsprings. This was the worst place I have ever stayed.

: The front staff were wonderful. The king bed was firm but soft (perfect). Nice large tv and placed high on a dresser so you could view it from laying on the bed without looking through your toes.
: The sound of the trains horn blowing and the homeless woman yelling at three in the morning. Lots of traffic noise also. Mainly before midnight. Interior light switches needed replacing and there was no usb charging ports near the night tables.

: Friendly staff, easy check-in/check-out. Was fair enough for one night.
: The bathroom looked as though they hadn't finished some work/repairs. The sliding shower door was missing an entire panel, so instead they just draped a shower curtain (with the tension rod through it) over the top bar to act as the second door? Except this wasn't very functional because it allowed a bunch of water to splash out of the shower and all over the bathroom floor. Maybe the tension rod had been put up properly and it fell down by the time we got into the room, I do not know. It just looked super sloppy and unprofessional. Bathroom lighting was also very poor. See picture for detail.
