: The downtown location is amazing. You can walk to restaurants, bars, shopping. I stayed in the newer section and the rooms were large. Frig and coffee maker. Robes. Sitting area.
: I’ve stayed here since they opened. A few issues came up this time. 1. When I checked in I wasn’t told that I didn’t need a parking permit. All the parking spots say you need one. 2. I was given a voucher for food and when I asked if I could make a reservation for brunch, I was told I had to call the restaurant. Later, I called down to the front desk and they took my reservation for brunch. Seems like the hotel and restaurant need to work together better. 3. When we came back from dinner the elevator was broken. I told the front desk man that my dad couldn’t walk up the stairs. He offered him a drink and appetizer. He didn’t want that. I told the man we needed to figure out what to do and he said “what do you want me to do?” in a snippy tone. Without his help we managed to get my dad up the stairs, he was in a lot of pain doing so. 4. We were woken up by a large crowd in the bar and outside that went on for a while.5. In the morning we went to brunch but only had 3 vouchers. I asked the woman at the front desk if we needed 4 paper vouchers and she said no. When it was time to pay we needed 4 paper vouchers. Again, the disconnect btwn the hotel and restaurant. After some discussion I was given the additional voucher.I usually don’t have such issues at this hotel.

: Location, room was large
: Issues with the hotel and restaurant’s communication. They operate separately which is confusing. The elevator stopped working and the evening staff was not accommodating. Had an elderly family member with physical limitations and they offered him a drink and an appetizer and had no ETA on when he’d be able to get back to his room. Where was the contingency plan for these type of issues? We didn’t appreciate the staffs attitude.
