  : We paid for the unit and on arrival the keys were not in the keybox. After contacting the host we were told we will need to book another place for the night. They informed us that they would try to get the keys to us tomorrow. The next day there was no contact from the host and when we finally contacted them they told us they do not know if they can get keys from us. At this stage, the host is still refusing to give us a full refund. Every time we contact them we get told that "we need to speak to our business partners". They tell you that they will get back to us on the same day but it's been 3 days now and no refund. Very unprofessional service and would not recommend to anyone.

  : The area had access to many convenience stores and food places.
  : The absolute horrendous communication with the property. I booked on Jun 13 and add a second occupant on Jun 14 and did not receive a reply. I sent subsequent messages and still did not receive a reply. Did not receive check in instructions which I messaged about 2-3 days before arrival. CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS WERE SENT 30 MINUTES BEFORE CHECK IN TIME This was especially stressful as I was flying in from out of state. Called the number provided, told to transfer to another one, neither of which answered. Due to the lack of timely communication, I did not find out about the "street parking only" until too late (and there was no street parking available) even though the building does have a dedicated parking lot for occupants. Instructions said to enter and use the elevator on the left (apt is on the 4th floor). Elevator is broken with no out of order notice. Had to take the stairs - not ideal for those with disabilities or recent surgery. (Communicated this to our host, was told they had no control over it but would tell the building manager. Was not fixed at the time of our departure.) There is a 2nd elevator around the back of the building. But you have to go outside to go back inside and those doors lock from the outside. So after returning the keys befire my departure and the door was locked, I was trapped in the enclosed parking area - that i couldn't park in. There were yellow stains along the wall near the toilet, there was a huge stain in the pullout couch, there were suspicious looking dried white stains on one of the blue pillows in the bed, there are no additional bedsheets or blankets in the closets. The building is either very old, poorly built or not maintained. The walls are thin and you can here everything. The upstairs neighbor was very loud - sounded like stomping and constant clatter.Main gripe is the property was marketed as $682 for 2 days 3 nights, but the day of I was informed of a $803.61 price total.
