  : We were not able to use the reservation because my wife contracted covid. We lost 100% of the fees. This is too much. We will not use booking.com in the future.

  : The apartment is spacious, has air-conditioners and inter-net (make sure you ask for password from host). Location is central, close to Red L rail, great bars/pubs/clubs/restaurants/nightlife if you want it, but not so close that it's noisy.
  : I used Booking.com and found the communication process with hosts EXTREMELY confusing. Booking.com says reservation confirmed, but host expects you to do a whole separate booking/paying process so we arrived and then had to wait 5 hours until sorted out! It was very stressful. Once host got me through that process, everything was great, but I recommend that you communicate directly with host before you get there to make sure you really do have a booking and reservation!

  : The property was right in the heart of wrigleyville, having any desired destination of ours within a 15 min walk. The grocery store was a 5 min walk. The property is on the first floor which made the luggage situation extremely easy. The place was extremely clean, and felt super modern and very city like. It had a bunch of great amenities too- Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, & body wash, Towels, and hairdryer. Bedroom had a luggage rack, ironing board (no iron), extension cord strip right next to the bed, and a large closet with hangers. The kitchen had plenty of dishes for eating and drinking, plus utensils, a microwave, toaster, fridge, stove, DISHWASHER, and even a coffee maker with coffee. The living room had a nice seating area and even a little desk with a mirror in front of it which made for the perfect makeup station. The host was great at answering any questions of ours with quick response times.
  : There was not much that wasn’t beyond our expectations, however, the parking was a bit of a disappointment, but that is to be expected in the city. Once the host showed us the app to find parking, we were able to find a garage to hold our car for the duration of our stay within a 10 min walk from the property. So all in all not much of a complaint, and the host was extremely helpful. As far as inside the actual property is concerned, I wasn’t able to connect to any wifi, and had to use my hotspot to use anything on the tv. The last thing I would recommend would be more trash cans. The host did supply large trash bags, which did the job all the same, but there was only one little trash can under the kitchen sink. Again, not a huge problem, but just something to note.
