  : Rooms dirty - AC - Bathroom & Room Molding dirty - have not been dusted in long period. Carpet not vacuumed in corners - Bathroom tub caulking very discolored. Broken chair in room, and so called fixed and returned still broken. Breakfast from 6-10, but if went after 8 or 9, not replenished and one morning, staff advised not fixing anymore...Service desk reps sometimes not friendly or customer service friendly.... Hotel needs to be remodeled or rebuilt..**************** Now, I have an overcharge on my Visa card for 609.xx. When called Hampton, 757 465 7000 about overcharge and advised paid in full by Booking.com reservation...they refer back to Booking.com and advised to have Booking.com to call Hampton...Why they cannot see paid in full?   : I’ve stayed the multiple times. Always clean very well maintained. Great customer service
  : Took 20 minutes to get hot water out of the shower. Not exaggerating at all!

  : Breakfast was good. The bathroom was small. The bed was pretty good.
  : The TV was horrible. (There were not a lot of stations to choose from and the actual TV wobbled) The hotel was noisy. One of the elevators sounded like it was going to snap a cable.

  : The staff was friendly and very helpful. They were all amazing, including the cleaning crew and maintenance man. They all deserve a raise!

  : I did not like ANYTHING!! THE STAFF WAS HORRENDOUS! They refused to greet me and if they did it was a sly up and don't look and then mumble to each other! I came to va to BURY MY MOTHER AND THIS TREATMENT WAS UNACCEPTABLE!! I WANT A REFUND!! No one should have to travel to bury there parents and the expensive room from 1912 and then be insulted by staff DAILY!
