  : The location is amazing. The space was great as well. Very quiet location and close to a lot.
  : The cleanliness of the property is not good. Found hair on sheets and pillow cases on all the beds. There was dust everywhere. We stripped the beds before leaving and the pillows were stained with God only knows what. It would be nice for them to switch out the pillows every once in a while. Also pictures showed outdoor furniture and a red hammock. There was only a table with chairs. They did deliver furniture on our last evening there, so we did not get use of it.

  : It was clean and relatively quiet. High praise for the cleaning staff here.
  : This was ok on short notice, but I can see why it was still available on short notice while others had been booked long ago. I might consider staying here again if the following items were addressed... --Hot tub was lukewarm and the jets did not work--no instruction on how to operate were found anywhere--probably because you just press the button, which did not work. --The gas grill burners were shot and I mean really shot though the manager told me they were replaced recently. --The view was ok but not as pictured (15 minutes and a hand saw could have restored what was an excellent view). --We booked and paid in full then received an email with an agreement that I would never expect any of my own guests to sign. It was implied that we must sign or no keys. Guests should be aware that the driveway is extremely steep and challenging. We managed and there was no need to mention this to the manager, but it may be far more difficult for others. As a owner/manager of many vacation properties in Florida, I've never given less than 5-Stars to other hosts. In this case all the bullet point items were brought to the attention of the manager yet there was no apology--just excuses.
