: Everyone was very professional and kind. Breakfast was so good.
: First, I want to say I trust that all the beds are the same in every room.If not, and the 1 in the room I slept in was a different grade of comfort, then that would be even worse and would leave me with so many more questions. I would not come back. The main reason for me getting this hotel room was because I was so very tired. The bed was so uncomfortable... I did not go to sleep. I thought about going to the front desk to inform them that it was almost 4 a.m., and I could not sleep in that bed...at this point even if they wanted to help by switching my room it's already 4 A.M. and I had to leave in a few hours. I honestly did not know how easy they would make switching rooms or dragging all my stuff from 1 room to another would have been. If it was not an option, they would have offered... then I would have been frustrated, tired, and in pain from the bed being so painfully uncomfortable. Now, I would have wanted to just leave. I have been to many hotels. The last 1 I had stayed at was drastically cheaper than this 1, and the beds were amazing. I was so surprised at how hard this bed was. As for the bathroom's...if u have 2 options to choose from, u should let your customers know before assigning a room to them. Would u like a stand-up shower or a bathtub. Again, I wanted to take a bath and relax since I have been going through a lot right now, and my main reason for the stay was to sleep and try to relax.
