  : This is the most unhealthy hotel I have ever had the misfortune to enter. It needs to be shut down. We checked in and then went out to dinner and tried to ignore what our eyes were seeing and what we smelled in the lobby and hallways. 15 minutes after coming back to our room, our eyes and throats burned. The refrigerator was broken and leaked water into the carpet. The smoke smell from a previous fire was intolerable. The ceiling in the bathroom was moldy. The toilet flap would not close on its own. Had we stayed, we would have been sick our entire trip. We checked out after a few more minutes and found another hotel in Lansing. We cannot get a response from the hotel owner/manager about a refund. . .We will get a refund. Rest assured. But it remains to be seen how much pressure they need to do the right thing. I feel badly for the employees for having to work in these conditions.

  : It was dirty Run downStaff was not friendly 1st room door would not lock and they wanted us to stay in it until I refused then they finally moved us to a different room
