  : We had the room with a pull out couch, 2 double beds, and a kitchen. Walked in, and it had a horrible smell in our room. Our room was so dirty, dried up food on the floor, stand, desk chair etc. Base boards hang off the wall. ROACHES running on the kitchen counter!!!! Also me and my cousin and I got bit up just by sitting on the couch. We were there probably for an hour until we saw the roaches. My husband went and told the front desk lady she said let them know when we see more and they will spray once we leave. We immediately left, had to find another hotel before our cruise the next morning, and it was hard. Everything was booked up. We were told to contact booking.com for a refund also, since we booked it through them. We checked in on September 29th, 2023

  : The indoor pool has not been, and we weren't able to able to use it since it had fecal matter, which I spoke to the lady at the front desk and her response was that nobody takes care of it ut she will know management about, ok the room was not obviously clean not when you can find toys and m&m including the wrappers just under the bed skirt ok what's is the cherry on top is the fact that we needed to use the sleeper sofa........just to find out that our dirty room as going to get worse we open up the sleeper sofa wich was filthy just to find out that the matress had BLOOD STAINS EVERY WHERE they would not accommodate our request to be moved to another room o we had no choice but to use extra sheets to protect our children and self plus the breakfast display that you will see on their website is not what you think you will find. I'm going to stop right here as the whole time I was upset an unable to get anything resolved basically they will never EVER see us again and better not ask for a survey they just GOT IT.

  : The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great and not too far from downtown. The room was a great size and my kids loved the TVs.
  : The water didnt get hot and didnt stay lukewarm once it reached that temperature. There were drain flies flying around the room and that was gross. They ran out of washcloths and my kids were unable to shower because they had to was washcloths and didnt bring them to our room until it was close to checkout time.

  : The beds were comfortable and the pool was ok.
  : It was understaffed, it was dirty in the common areas such as hallways and elevators, and the they did not clean the room after our first night. It was also much farther from restaurants and entertainment than I expected.

  : A lot of tiles in bath broken dust above frig found trash in pull out couch very musty smelling and Im allergic to dust and molds also asked night desk girl where we could eat she didnt know that is something they should know also I slipped in tub.
