  : I like that there was no charge for my service animal or pet dog even though I offered to pay a fee and a deposit the staff declined which was nice.
  : I offered to clean my room as I prefer to clean after myself and the staff got weird about it almost nasty. No towel or linen replacement no discount for multiple nights or veteran or disability status not a problem but not liked. The price change was outrageous from quoted $40/night to over $120 charged for an even crappier room. No ice mitigation anywhere on property very hazardous and definitely caused falls and injury. I hope the staff was nicer than they seemed. Rude and discourteous a bit although I myself never once made any complaints or any comments or said anything that was not 100% professional on my part.
