  : I think the location and facilities are way better than average. We did not have a meal there, but I did order something after room service closed and they accommodated me nicely.
  : I was gone all day Sunday and my room did not get serviced/cleaned

  : The front desk staff was very friendly, the room was updated and very clean. The property is right next to the Lucille Ball Memorial Park. It's right on the water and the views are beautiful.
  : The walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors talking and moving around in the next room. The bartending staff was rude. The woman bartender made eye contact with me but did not acknowledge my presence. I waited a few minutes before sitting on the empty side of the bar. She looked at me and passed me by a few more times and still did not acknowledge me. The man working with her didn't talk to any customers. He just milled around and stood there not doing a lot. I was very irritated at being ignored like that. The front desk staff was very apologetic.

  : Room was very clean, nicely decorated and in good working order. Comfortable bed. Setting is pretty. Front desk staff and one bartender were super helpful. Food at restaurant was very fresh.
  : Restaurant was a bit overpriced on some items. For example, two eggs, toast & fruit cup was $17. The fruit was offered as a substitution for potatoes but then billed as an up charge- we were not told in advance and the manager would not adjust the bill at our request. Just seemed petty.
