  : This property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with a driveway and plenty of unrestricted street parking. Various stores, including a good grocery store are nearby. There is a full kitchen with anything that might be wanted to prepare a meal for a group. There is a generous supply of bath towels. The property is managed by the nicest and most accommodating couple you could hope to meet. I had trouble with the lock when I arrived late because of car trouble and Kevin came quickly to help. There were two outlets in the room so it was easy to charge a phone and computer. I had a little trouble with the internet at first, but Kevin quickly got it going for me.
  : The entrance is at the bottom of a stairway. I was out in the evenings and there was no light when I returned, so I needed a flashlight. A motion-sensing light fixture would be a big help. Also, the property description did not mention the stairs. This was not a problem for me, but could be for other guests.
