  : Room was good, checkin was prompt and rooms were clean
  : Breakfast is served at a restaurant "The Grille" - the breakfast is not a breakfast buffet like how we have it usually at other hotel chains. This should have been clearly called out as we being vegetarian our options were limited to only pancake and it was very difficult with kids to manage the breakfast.

  : The fire alarm went off at midnight due to some fault(not actual fire) and took hotel forever to figure out the problem and turn it off. And whole property have smoking smell although it is labeled as non smoking rooms.

  : Room was close to front door. Pool was clean. Room was clean.
  : Front desk person(MALE) was rude, not friendly. Grumpy. We clearly booked a room for 3 and he was argumentative, telling me we should have indicated that in our reservation. We had booked a room for 3 our entire trip. He acted like he couldn't be bothered.The elevator was on the outside of our room so we heard it all night long.

  : Quality of the room for the price, had to switch rooms because of the first bathroom being disgusting. Had to sit and wait for 45 minutes until they could get to us because there was only one clerk working. They upgraded our room without charging us because it was the only one left so that was good. We used to get beautifully remodeled rooms when we stayed here and now, we always get the old ones that haven't been but for the same high price. The floor and bathrooms aren't very clean anymore because they don't have a cleaning service come in every day. The beds are still pretty comfortable though and the sheets were clean so that's a plus. I don't think they cleaned the first room we were assigned. There were pea drips all over the toilet and dust all over the counter tops, the bottom of the shower curtain was disgusting and the corners of the room had dust and junk an inch deep. This was always our first choice, but it won't be any more until they make some changes. It's way too pricy now for the condition of the rooms. On the plus side, the restaurant was excellent.

  : Bed could have been more comfortable and the pillows were not great either. The clocks had the wrong time (not a big deal because we have our phones)

  : Way to Smokey in the downstairs room we were in,a/c took a long time to cool the room,and the mattress on the bed seemed to be worn out because it felt like sleeping on plywood
