  : The property is walking distance to the beach and some restaurants.

  : The location is the best feature of this unit.
  : The unit is run down! It could use a remodeling! On initial arrival, you will need someone to open the building door for you until you retrieve the keys. The apt is a studio approximately 17X16. There were no cover sheets for the bed just the bedspread. The mattress is a just foam. There are no curtains and the balcony faces east so the sun comes in at 6:00am. Is you are a light sleeper, the airplane noise might be a problem. The cabinets are being used by the owner for storage of materials. The sink drains slowly and the commode was loose. There is a single foam mattress available but no sheets. The futon can't be used as a bed. The main view out of the balcony is the sister building with a glimpse of the ocean. The apt does have cooking utensils.

  : The air conditioner worked well.Memory mattress was comfortable.Pool area was nice.
  : One elevator was working. I was told it's been 2 weeks with the other elevator being down. And the service elevator is shut down so they are using the main elevator to take the garbage out at 10:30 in the morning and they push the stop button on every floor so nobody can use the elevator for a period of about a half hour. The balcony was the smallest balcony I've ever been on and the chairs so low to the ground it was hard to sit in them and get up the AC unit was also on the balcony which there was no room for it and it was blowing hot heat as a heat pump does but it made it unbearable to sit out there. So there you go 136 after 30 seconds to get the playoffs the couch really isn't a couch it's more like a futon type of sofa not too comfortable. In the position of the TV with the bed and the couch is not the best. And the TV was very hard to work the fire stick. One thing I wish I would have had a demonstration on how to turn on the TV along with the fire stick account and his account to use and how to use the remote. The bathroom sink needs to be unclogged yes the water does go down eventually but it's something you don't want to see when you're saving when you're drain doesn't work. Luckily the water in the shower was warm enough to take a shower. We were acclimated it being that we're from the north so we didn't need Super stalling hot water. But any colder may have been uncomfortable.. being that close to the beach it took too long to get to the beach.. the airport and the noise from the plains departing didn't wake us up but it would probably wake other people up. So somebody that likes to sleep and needs quietness to sleep this whole area let's just this unit would not be best for certain people. If I believe rated as a one-bedroom condo I think it's more like a one bedroom efficiency.
