: The tv/Wi-Fi didn’t work. Calls and didn’t get resolved for an entire day. And customer service was extremely rude. The property is a construction zone and would have been nice to know

: We were unaware that we did not have access to many of the amenities at the resort such as the main beach, some of the restaurants, tennis and pickleball. Access should be included in the rental fee.

: The location was great.
: Booking thru your website unfortunately denied me any resort amenities. We were turned away from using the trolley or pool bar in the north end. we choose this property to join other families that were visiting. Also, the AC was lacking in master bedroom.

: LeBron the new Guest Services Director. Very helpful and demonstrated a high level of value and compassion towards the guests and their issues with this property.
: OMG!! Where do I start. I will send picsElevator didn’t work almost the entire week. Bring up 23 bags up two flight of stairs and had to help older couple with theirs. Dirty, dirty, dirty sofa, grainy floor, patio, linen closet in bedroom smelled humid and foul. Chairs were broken at the foot rest.No Ice Machine on the premises. Silverware was tarnished and rusted. Dusty everywhere and mole on sofa. This has been the worst experience since we started visiting in 1990 yearly. absolutely horrendous experience. Especially given the prices paid compared to an all inclusive experience this was really poor.
