  : Great location and lots of room for a family of 7. Big multilevel deck. Very nice with great views of the lake. Beds comfortable and lots of amenities. Games, books, billiards, great big screen tv, gas grill.
  : Kayaks in advertisement picture were not part of the property. Front yard was unkept with a few nasty surprises from large dogs.

  : Due to COVID-19, we wanted a private vacation to quarantine with family. This house had beautiful views and enough space. It was on the lake but there’s lots of stairs to get to the water if you have mobility difficulties. The water patio is shared with another house so was really business when we were there. Luckily our neighbors changed mid week so we could enjoy the water. If you like to cook, I suggest bringing bigger pots, pans and mixing bowls. They had plenty of cups/plates/utensils but found it hard to cook. It was Texas in July so the rooms at night were warm but the upstairs Living room kept cool. The ceiling fan in the spare single bedroom didn’t work so we had to use a box fan. All the appliances and grills worked great. They had games but unfortunately the poolsticks were broken so we could use the pool table. Great decks and outdoor seating for the entire family! Enough parking for 3 cars and our boat. We enjoyed our trip but just minor things to improve the experience.
  : We provide several issues to the property manager like the kitchen sink leaking and the pool-sticks being broken but they said it would be fixed after we leave.

Disappointing

  : I appreciated being able to bring our two small Corgies. Kitchen was large and table accommodated all of us. Beds comfy and clean. Beautiful location and views. Lots of outdoor seating. I liked the fencing in the front yard as it added privacy and a place to walk the dogs.
  : Lots of maintenance needed. Globe in BR light fixture off. Hall lights didn’t work. Living room rug was a serious trip hazard. Inadequate kitchen towels and cleaning products. I did not have enough dishwashing detergent to use the dishwasher and had to hand wash three loads. I was offended that you asked me to “start a load of towels.” What was my cleaning fee for? Treacherous beach entry. We couldn’t put our canoe in at this location. There was no air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom and those people were miserable. Stairs were way too steep and we feared for our safety.
