  : Absolutely HORRIBLE... Went to check in stood in the lobby for about 30mins until the staff member decided to come over, told me room wasn't ready, ok I was a little early. Went back 10 mins before 3pm and she told me with attitude -mind you it was EMPTY- ....." it'll be ready when I give you the key, 3 is just possible time it COULD be ready, you can have a clean room or an on time room. You'll get the key any time after that... " I've been using different hotels for years it's always been ready on time. I had to get a different hotel beings I had plans that evening and there lack of basically everything was going to delay the whole reason I booked my stay. DON'T recommend this hotel at all.

  : The staff was very rude unprofessional I had to literally wait 30 minutes to get in my room then once I get to my room we was welcomed by a swarm of roaches everywhere the lady that checked me in needs to lose her job she was on the phone the whole time while I was waiting to be checked in and the lady that checked us out I really do not like that woman cuz she was very rude my dog got sick on one of the beds I cleaned it up to the best of my knowledge and she tried to claim that my dog pooped on the bed I would never book here again they need to do something about the infestation situation and the way they treat they get I drove almost 12 hours to be treated like dog s*** I mean if you going to have staff there at least do your damn job people pay a lot of money to book these rooms last thing I want is somebody to give me a bunch of attitude after I just drove 12 hours and only wanted to go to my room I had a 7-year-old autistic child literally had to shake all our clothes off before entering my home that's how bad it was I'll rate this hotel stay a straight zero every person on this staff needs to be drug tested and fired in my opinion the city is a very beautiful place but I will not be booking at that hotel ever again
