  : To begin with, nothing is as it appears on the website. The roof was leaking in several areas, the pool and hot tub are beautiful to look at but they both have out of order signs at the entrances, the sauna is out of order, there is no gym at all but rather areas that are closed to the public and used for storage. There's trash all over the location and, according to several who live in this town, this hotel is located in a high crime area with drug activity. This was the worst hotel I have ever encountered. I booked the room for a week and called to inform them that my company dispatched me later than anticipated, but I was on my way. The drive was 15 hours, and I needed confirmation that my room would be ready for me to check in and the desk clerk verified that it would be. Upon arrival, I was informed my reservation had been canceled, and there were no availabilities. After driving 15 hours and having to start orientation the following day, I was left out in the rain with nowhere to stay.
