  : The parking area was difficult to get to office, The room was so empty and sparse it echoed. The hot water ran out during my shower and only 1 entrance to the building and a long walk to the room. HORRIBLE!!

  : The size of the room was great. I was in king bedroom.
  : No chairs in room. Why put a table to eat at in room if there are no chairs to sit on? Not enough bath towels and they are really small. The main thing that bothered me the most about this trip is they charged me for my friend's room as well. I reserved 3 rooms for my friends and I so we could all stay at the same hotel for an event we were attending. I specifically asked at check in and check out that I am only charged for my room and my friend's pay for their rooms and the staff assured me of this and told me my friend's had provided cards for payment. But when I got my credit card statement they charged me three times for the first night. They refunded me one of the charges but I cannot seem to get an answer or respond to me for the second charge that does not belong to me. I gave up trying to get a hold of them and my friend just paid me back, but very frustrating.

  : Host in Lobby was very friendly. Room was very clean & basic, but with a mini fridge & microwave. No carpet, which I liked. Nice vinyl plank flooring. Bathroom was very clean. Towels were scratchy and small, but got the job done. Bed sheets & pillow cases were a little scratchy, too, but not enough to interfere with a good nights sleep. Nice big TV and good internet.
  : Size & texture of towels. Texture of sheets & pillowcases. No toiletries provided, except for 2 very small bars of soap. No hair dryer. No a/c in hallway & elevator. Door to enter from outside to inside of building not secure @ all...did not even close tight.
