Pet-Friendly Brooksville Cottage with Fire Pit!

  : Quiet place and huge yard. Gated property. Nice sized bedrooms with plenty of room for a family’s . The fact that it was pet friendly is why we choose this place.
  : When we arrived, we were unaware that the owners had the a/c turned up too high and we couldn’t control it because the thermostat was locked by the owner. The temperature was set to 77 degrees in May. We are used to able to regulate our own temperature especially if we are paying to great rates to stay. We also had to clean the refrigerator because not as clean as we are used to. The air was a major issue for us. We shouldn’t property management to adjust something as simple as air, so that why we didn’t bother.

  : The location was where I needed to be and worked very well. Very large safely fenced area for the dogs. Furniture in the living room was comfortable. Furniture covers were in place as I did bring my dog.
  : They should have let us know before we arrived that the place was on well water, I would have brought water with me. Had to go out right away for bottled water. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced.
