  : Had an elevator and cart for taking luggage to upper floors. Under ground parking.
  : Receiving service for maintenance in the room. Had to call down to front desk 3 different times to have someone come to fix it it. Over half our stay the tv did not work.

  : The location; The proximity to Navajo lodge is within walking distance
  : The front desk couldnt find our reservation for hours. the check-in process is miserable. Front desk employees seemed like it was their first day on the job. The room was made up but the bathroom was not clean (garbage still full, urine on the seat) - complained to the front desk and they told us that it was a Vacasa property not managed by them (understandable - and they gave us a gift card to compensate which was very nice), and they would have it cleaned while we were at dinner. Upon returning to the room it had not been cleaned. Not that it's a huge deal, but rooms are also super dated; Image the cheapest option for fixtures and appliances available in your local home center in 1993; Now fix your eyes upon the rooms in the Brian head lodge...The restaurant is so low quality given the prices. Denny's has better food for a fraction of the price. I have a food allergy (sesame seeds) - I ordered a burger and asked for 2 bottom buns. they told me no - b/c then they'd have 2 top buns. I understand the logistics of my requests. In 40+ years of making such a request, it was the first time I ever heard no.

  : Bathroom needed deep cleaning. Knob missing for Heatlamp. Fire place was inoperative. No air conditioning in room.

  : We loved the location, the lay out of the room was good.
  : Only issue we had were with the beds. The king size bed was too hard. The bed in the other room was squeaking when you moved and felt like a fold out.

  : The room I thought I was booking. Was not what I got. I show up to Check in at the front desk, and they had no record of my reservation. I showed them my email of the reservation and they finally found them. They said Vacasa never sent the notice of my reservation. The room was extremely ugly. The beds we’re hard as a rock, and the room was so extremely hot and uncomfortable. The TV did not work. I am so dissatisfied with my experience that I am never booking threw booking.com again.
