  : I liked the location a lot. It had nice amenities and nice appliances. it was spacious enough for the 9 of us.
  : Biggest complaint was the fact that the off bedrooms didnt have TVs. I think in our modern society thats something people expect.( except for the room with bunk beds) it was almost an expensive week and it would affect whether or not we chose to stay there again. We also wished we had the actual address sooner because we rented skis from Black Tie rental and they bring everything to your location. We ended up having to meet at Summit Rental parking lot and hauling our skis back to the townhome.The hot tub had a leak and yall did come out and fix it the same day along with the fireplace. However, the gentleman from your office who took my call was not helpful and questioned my judgment. He expected me to find a hose to fill up the hot tub or get a bucket when the hot tub was less than half full. The pool guy was super helpful and wonderful. He actually told me there was a call the prior week with the same issue and he suspected a leak and thanked me for calling. It would have been nice if the person who answered my call knew that information.
