The trail itself is 3.2 miles long and leads up to one of the most spectacular viewpoints in all of Summit County - Grant Peak. It's a moderate climb with some challenging switchbacks along the way, but many hikers find it worth it for the spectacular views you get once you reach the top. From Grant Peak, you can see all of Breckenridge and much of Summit County stretching out before you.
