  : The location for our activities at the beach were fine. The problems were all inside the apartment we rented for 4 days. One of the tub/shower was broken and not cleaned before check in. When I complained to the on site team, the reply was it was working when we checked it before you checked in. The video attached shows there was not any working coming out of the shower head. The AC went out on the 2nd night and couldn’t be fixed until the next afternoon. I asked for a 30% refund from upper management and a call back; but I never heard back from them or the on-site team. The on-site team offered us a 15% discount on a return visit but with the poor communication, unsatisfactory shower conditions, and the complete charge for the stay when we booked the place instead of the deposit, we WILL never return to this place. It’s been 3 days since I requested a call from someone and still haven’t gotten it. I pray this video goes viral.
  : I would like for the property management team to see the video of their shower not working but told it was checked.

  : Spacious apartment. Very quiet. Comfortable beds. Liked the floor plan.
  : Minimal furniture in living area was not comfortable. The shower heads in both bathrooms were terrible. Water came out in such a light spray that it was difficult to rinse off let alone get shampoo out of your hair. Needs toaster in kitchen.
