: Location was good.
: Apartment wasn't like on photos. Unprofessional staff. One leg from bed was improvised by wooden piece. That was found out because in one moment it popped out of its' place.We stayed for 4 days no one came to change or at least to offer to change our towels. That wasn't mentioned before check in, we were told after check out that we are supposed to wash in laundry by ourselves. They asked for too many additional information such as credit card, ID, person who is traveling with me and reason for traveling regardless they had all these informations through Booking.com.Location was good, everything else not so much.

: Great downtown location.
: The room had the the potential to be quaint but was instead very cheaply assembled. The bed broke within minutes of our checking in. I hobbled it together on the first night after not hearing from mgmt about getting it repaired. On the second day mgmt confirmed they could not get it repaired (in all fairness it was the 4th of July) and reimbursed us for the second day and we relocated to a hotel.

: We loved the location. Unfortunately, they lost our confirmation and we had to placed somewhere completely different. We were told it was an upgrade which couldn’t be any farther from the truth.
: We walked around the city with our luggage for hours due to fact we were told if we wanted to check in early we would be charted another $350 for the early check-in. When we finally arrived at the location, they had lost our reservation. We were in town for the Boston Marathon and had specifically selected this location because it was close to the finish line. The new location was way farther away and completely disgusting. Buyer beware. The best thing I can say is that their customer service representative was very professional.
