  : Cottonwood Suites Boise Riverside Downtown provided a reasonable stay at a slightly overpriced amount. The property is located for easy access to the city. The staff are friendly, but have not been able to resolve the issue illuminated below.
  : I booked this room for a friend. I was able to provide the review above based on his characterizations of the property. He paid the bill at the hotel, AND Cottonwood Suites Boise Riverside Downtown billed my card for the full amount. My friend has traveled to Cottonwood Suites Boise Riverside Downtown more than FIVE times to get a receipt. My friend and I are trying to resolve this matter by ascertaining what was charged by the hotel and how the charges line up on my credit card. The hotel can't provide him with a receipt of the charges because of a system revamp. I want my card credited the amount charged. The next step for me is to file a grievance with my credit card company.

  : It was conveniently located and the staff were all great. It’s definitely clean so that was great.
  : Unfortunately we saw a used condom in the plant area of the parking lot and were more than startled in the evening when our daughter almost walked over a man laying in the bushes charging his phone.

  : The breakfast was a convenient grab-n-go bag with three options. We had a gorgeous view from our room of the Idaho greenbelt, river and stunning trees. The facilities were clean and tidy, front desk staff are friendly and helpful 24-hours/day. I had to host my Sunday church service over Zoom and the wifi suited my needs perfectly.
  : During our 3-day stay it would have been nice if cleaning crew came in to empty trash and restock toiletries.

  : Fit our family for the right price. Pretty easy to get to. Beds were comfortable.
  : Smelled heavily of cigarette smoke at the entrance we used.Hallway had a bit of a stale odor.
