  : 3rd time staying here. Only reason for more visits were unit was already booked. Hope to get it again next year.
  : Hot tub didn't seem to work right at slow speed.

  : NOT MUCH! The location is great, only about 15 minutes from the town with lots of local shops. The hot tub, once we figured out why it wasn't heating the first night, was lovely. The bed is comfy, the couches not so much.
  : First, the 'support' gives scripted answers, which in our case didn't solve our issue and didn't even apply to the home we were in... so no help at all and we waited over an hour for an answer. When I mentioned the seriously unclean state of the place and the inability to properly heat the spa the first night, they informed me they would 'contact the local staff'... never heard back.The heat in the hot tub was easily fixed, if they had known or bothered to check about the actual property I was staying in. I had to find it on my own halfway through our 2nd day of a two night stay. It was a dial in a closet that adjusts the minimum and maximum heat... even though the sign on the wall tells you that it isn't controlled by anything but the single button on the spa itself. So half our stay we couldn't use the amenity we paid so much for, and it could have been easily fixed!!!I demanded a partial refund, at least of the cleaning fee, as my mom and I cleaned more than whoever they paid...I was told 'we will attempt to get a local staff member out to check the issue'. I responded that I had already checked out and was told 'thank you for bringing this to our attention, I'll inform the local staff'. In other words, they couldn't care less!!!!!They charge an astronomical cleaning fee and it was the dirtiest rental I've ever stayed in. Nothing a swiffer wet jet, a vacuum, some glass cleaner and a magic clean eraser couldn't fix.THERE IS NO WIFI and only about 20 channels. There are Dvd's about 20 only 2 of which were made in this century.The floor was DISGUSTING, like it had never been mopped, ever. We spilled a bottle of water and the 8 paper towels it took to wipe it up were all dark gray. You can see it in many places, the worst is by the front door. Lift the edge of the mat and see what color the tile actually is! Crumbs on the kitchen floor.
