  : The location is very good. The rate reflects the condition of the property. We have stayed there previously so we knew what to expect. The woman at the desk worked very diligently to correct some issues for other guests. She is to be commended.
  : Other than the woman at the front desk check-in, the remainder of the weekend staff were either absent or completely disinterested. The property is not well kept. Roaches in the bathroom. Missing coffee maker. No closet. No hangers for the coat rack. Meager attempt at breakfast. Every aspect of the property reflected a "just enough effort to get by" attitude. While the rate is good for the area, it is not enough of an inducement for us to stay again.

  : The rooms were cute and the idea of the cabin-look was also cute. The lady that checked us in was wonderful and even offered refunds for our roach infested rooms. We were later denied our refunds by the check out guy.
  : Roaches in both of our rooms and the staff did nothing to fix it! We reported it both days and we were told to clean them up ourselves. The check out guy told us no one gets a refund and laughed in our faces when we complained about the bugs. Rooms were not cleaned or disinfected and had previous soap residue all over the bathroom counters . We will be contacting the manager with this issue! Stay away from this place!!

  : It was clean and comfortable! The location was perfect for riding the scenic railroad.

  : The location was great. My reservation said it didn’t come with a meal plan.
  : The walls are thin. We could hear the person snoring in the room next door. Hall noises were loud in the morning. My husband uses CPAP which turned off on him 3 times during the night. This never happens. There must be some electrical issues- at least in room 213. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Someone needs to get a brush and clean around the fixtures at the sink. There are markings and smudges on doors and cabinetry. I cleaned some off easily myself with a washcloth. The hairdryer vents are plugged with dust. This was the fourth hotel I’ve stayed in the past month, and it was the least clean.

  : The place is infested with German roaches! They were EVERYWHERE and the fridge was covered in them, inside and out! The front desk guy, he was super nice, but he said, “Unfortunately, all the rooms are like that!”. Terrible!

  : Absolutely nothing. Did not have a good feeling of staying there. Every other hotel in the area at full capacity but this place had no one staying there.
  : We would have been the only people staying there. Place looked like it wasn't open. Only one person at the entire facility. No one at front desk. Chairs stacked on tables. Had to hunt someone to ask questions. Bad reviews. Website showed good reviews. Later investigated more reviews and they were terrible, roaches. spider bites, dark water. no water drainage. I think the purpose is to scam people out of the price of one night stay. By the time you drive there and find out the truth, it is too late to cancel. Unfair money back policy!
