  : Your business model sucks of taking reservations, 9 months in advance, confirming the day before arrival, then canceling the day of because you oversold and first bump those from 3rd party booking sites. Your business model sucks and I will tell everyone with my last breath to not go to your facility if asked. I understand this is par-for-the-course with Worldmark's parent company and I will be contacting the BBB, and anyone else. Then, when i asked for a refund, you told me that it was Booking.com that had the money. After pulling over to the side of the road to call Booking.com, and waiting onhold for 45 mins, they eventually sent me to Worldmark, who provided the refund. So, you lie too.
