  : Convenient location.
  : We booked through a third party (Booking.com) and had selected an upgraded room, larger than standard. Upon check in, we were told that because we booked through Booking.com, the stay did not qualify for loyalty points. We were also assigned a standard room, which turned out to have somehow missed housekeeping (it was dirty). We went back downstairs to reception and were promptly given a new room. We were then told this new room was an upgrade to superior, which was what we had originally booked. Besides being larger, superior rooms come with two robes. Turns out the comforter in the new room was stained and the robes were MIA, which we reported to the front desk. We did not, to my knowledge, hear a peep from management either about the state of the room or the missing robes.

  : "What did you think of the breakfast?" Was a prompt in this text box. We wouldn't know. It was such a pain in the ass trying to coordinate anything to eat--a lot to do with the super condescending front desk staff; ironic given the tenuous grasp on their native language.
  : Being spoken to in a manner inconsistent with what was being spent for a mediocre room in an unremarkable hotel was annoying, to say the least. Clearly, these people employed are snobs because of what they perceive themselves to be servicing--a renovated Holiday Inn with unimpressive rooms, cut-rate bar offerings, and room service that actually isn't. Lesson learned--
