  : I made reservations for a different type of room instead I get very dark smelly One star category motel room all the way on the back of the facility my bad I pay for the room at the counter without seeing it 15 minutes later we checked out we never slept there I made a reservation for a totally different looking room online such a terrible experience I will never use your website for anything Im gonna fight to get my money back

  : The bed was comfy, room temp good, shower was good, it was clean
  : Disappointed that the breakfast time frame did not accommodate early travelers. Not enough tables, benches to put things like a purse, keys, cup, same for the bathroom.

  : The pool was fantastic to dip in, after a very long day at Hersheypark. Breakfast was cooked to order and very tasty. Beautifully decorated and cozy. Having local brochures for tourists was a nice touch
  : Unfortunately the hot tub was non functional. That is really the only negative I could say about staying there.

  : Very overpriced! Very small room. Inn needs paint, and updating. They didnt clean our room or give us fresh towels. No cups in room. Very disappointed.

  : The location was lovely. We stayed in the carriage house. Fall was lovely. The property was nice. The main floor of the main house is a lovy Victorian. The breakfast if fabulous- a buffet of continental choices, plus a made to order hot dish. Service was lovely, we ate one morning on the patio. The manager is very sweet and is a mean breakfast cook. The room was private. There are streaming services but that's about it that's modern. Room is a good size as is the bath. You get 2 warm bottles of water.
  : So many things could be done with this property, we know there are new owners and everything needs refurbishment, and they are working in it. I know it will be a great place, that being said. The rooms are really dated, lots of wallpaper. They need rip out all the wallpaper. The shower head had so much lime scale - I wanted to tell them to clr it. The pedestal sink was shaky. They need shelves for your toiletries, since there is zero counter space and more hooks in the bathroom and room. The toiletries are really. Heap, bring your own (I alwaus do but i try theirs to see). No hangers in the closet. The beds are old but ok. New pillows and a white duvet would do a lot to make the room more cozy. The stairway to our room is at a seriously scary angle. Use the rail. You have no control of the temperature - a ceiling fan would be amazing. The breakfast room is tiny and people sit forever holding tables, so bizarre. They need to add tables to the lobby or book times for people. It would take only a few minutes at check in. Check in was very non descript, the lady tbat booked us in seemed bored to be there, a warmer greeting would go a long way. That all being said, we look forward to going back one day and seeing what they do with it.
