Policies

When booking for more than 15 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Please inform Goldmine Lodge in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Only dogs are allowed, no cats. The dogs must be 30 lbs or under, and have to be on leash at all times in all areas of the lodge grounds. They cannot be left unattended at any time in rooms and suites. Please contact the property for further details.

The check-in desk is open from 1000hrs to 2000hrs. All after hours check-ins must contact property directly to arrange key pick up.

American Express (AmEx) is not an accepted form of payment at this property.

Guests must pay 3% tourism tax.
