: Cool Cabins staff was very helpful. I made a huge mistake on my reservation. The manager stepped in quickly and offered a solution that didn't cost me more in time or money. Because of this, I will choose Cool Cabins again the next time I take a local trip up to Big Bear.
: It would make a huge difference in the experience and stay if driveways were shoveled. You're essentially paying for the location which comes with parking. No one wants to shovel snow after a long drive up the mountain, chains or no chains. Add kids into the mix and now it's really inconvenient.

: The location was great! We could pretty much walk anywhere that we needed to go. The shower was big. The room was clean and it had all the necessary kitchen items if I were to have had an extended stay, even a rice cooker! I liked the little shared backyard that my son could play in.
: The tv was very small, you could barely see it. The walls were very thin, so much so that I could clearly hear the conversation my neighbors were having, which would have been fine if they weren’t up all night long. For the amount of money I paid for a “cabin”, this room was very small and a little disappointing.
