  : Access was easy. Bathroom was well stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed.
  : Directions from office were clear but gave no indication how far (how many miles) we had to go to get to the street the unit was on. Lighting was functional but difficult to read but or use for anything but to get dressed.

  : Clean for the most part olny the floor need a good mop.Quiet area.Near to everythig.
  : I call to ask if the unit has a stove to cook, the person who answer told me that the kitchen has everything like a regular kitchen, stove, micro, toaster. So we brought our food to cook and it was no stove.

  : Terrible place to stay. Worst ever experience I've had renting somewhere. We arrived to no heat, not working. Called the office and they told us to wait 45 minutes to see if it works after already waiting 30 - it didn't. Then we waited another hour for maintenance to come look at it. My boyfriend had to eat in the car because maintenance arrived when I got back with dinner and he didn't feel comfortable eating/no mask with someone else in such a tiny space. The guy then tells us he fixed it but the actual thermostat isn't working so shows us these 2 wires (pictured) and tells us that if we want to turn the heat off, take them apart and if we want to turn it on to twist them back together (see pic - keep in mind it is placed right above the bed on the wall). Went back to the office to see if we could stay somewhere else (it's almost 10pm at this point) and they said there's nothing they could do because there are no supervisors/managers in at night. Just a bunch of kids in there working. Went back to the office after skiing the next day, still no supervisor. The maintenance guy had come while we were gone that day and fixed the thermostat, so we just stayed because there was no other option. The bed was hard as a rock, terrible. There was not even a fitted sheet on the bed, just a thin blanket laid over top of the mattress. The wifi didn't work at all while we were there - I had to drive to a coffee shop to get my work done. The dishes in the kitchen were disgusting (see pics) and not useable. And they would only refund us for one night (even though we literally couldn't even get ahold of anyone during our stay to try to stay somewhere else). The place looks nice in pictures but this company is cheap and does not take care of you.

  : there was nothing about that property I liked about.
  : first of all, the door was not locking, I could hear both my neighbors threw the walls. the tv was awful. the shower was not clean. the walls are dirty. the towels where crusty and smelled bad. the room smelled like covered up pinesol. the room did not stay warm. the mattress was very uncomfortable and felt broken, had to complain I wanted to leave early but they but us in a some what better place. it had its problems too. never going back to big bear cool cabins ever again.

  : That specifically chose that room because it said queen bed. It was late at night when we noticed and was too tired to change. The bed was much smaller than a queen.
