: The only redeeming quality about this stay was the location.
: Our stay here was awful. We arrived in town after the agency office closed and were never provided the door code. We had to call the customer service line 3 times to get the right address/code. Then once we arrived, there was no heat in the house! We stayed 3 days/2 nights and never got the heat fixed (they had two different guys come out to try and fix it). We were never offered another place to stay - or even a refund for that matter. I had to call the customer service line and complain to get $350 back after paying $840 for the entire stay. Not to mention they sent the refund as a physical check which didnt arrive to my house until 3 months after we stayed here. Also, the house was dirty - leftover food/clothes from previous guests, dirty carpet/rugs, and spiders galore. Also, no one had cleared the snow from the front or back porches (or the icicles) and there was ice everywhere - major hazard. I would never recommend this place to anyone, nor any rental with the agency Vacasa. Ive never stayed in a place with so many problems (and such an overinflated price tag to boot!).

: it was a cute little cottage. It was very cozy. Loved how clean it was.
: The staff was incredible trying to make sure everything was good. Unfortunately, the spa was not very warm, when I called them they sent someone in 10 min. He said nothing was showing error and to leave it with the top on for a couple hours but it never really got warm.

: The cabin is seriously cute! Small but decorated well and equipped really well ... even the wine glasses! The jacuzzi was wonderful! The staff in the office were very friendly and helpful. Fenced back yard (6' high) was great for out little dog when she needed to take care of business. There was a very nice and rustic swing that both of us adults could enjoy at the same time. Nice to sit out and just enjoy the early evening.
: The mattresses could be better. Very soft and spongy. The 2nd and 3rd nights were a little better as our bodies became acclimated to it a little better but I think they could be a little firmer (could be just a matter of personal taste!).
