: No way to do laundry because this property is rented outside the resort property system. You have to have a key code to use the laundry room and they will not give out the code to people renting outside their "system".Paper candy wrapper garbage on the floor under the dresser.1 & 1/2 bathsHad to share a shower in the downstairs bathroom by entering through the bedroom (no outside door to the bathroom)-- a little awkward.

: Great area, location, quiet, most amenities for household available in property
: The "key" situation was a bit not user friendly and confusing. There are 2 lock boxes and in the description it states 2 different codes for respective lock boxes however only one lockbox worked. I felt a bit uneasy with the idea of having one key and what if it was misplaced. It would have been helpful to have a second key.The amt of money required for non refundable cleaning fee (over 100 dollars_I is excessive. The property was moderately clean yet toilet had scum in bowl and cob webs around inside. So other than common courtesy "pick up after yourself and don't leave a mess" it appeared to be exceptional expectations of renter cleaning prior to departure.

: I liked the location to the river and town. It was easy access to Sunriver and the mountain. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was very pleasant to read and relax, as it was facing grass and trees. The clean kitchen was well supplied with mixing bowls, pans, silverware, etc. The condo had a lot of spices, which is really nice to have if you are going to do some cooking. The carpeting seemed new and cushy on our feet. There were a lot of fans in the condo which helped circulate the air. The bed was comfortable, but could have used a couple more pillows. I appreciated a lamp at both sides of the bed, too. The pool had plenty of chaise lounges and grassy areas to spread out.
: The AC was not able to keep the condo as cool as needed. Fortunately, there were a lot of fans, but it still stayed pretty warm during the day in the condo. The evenings after the sun set, stayed cool enough with the fans blowing. I found dirt fingerprints on a towel and there was a wad of hair in the bathroom drawer with the clean towels. There were other towels that we could use, though. The pool was extremely crowded, but it was a nice pool and area, with plenty of grass space.
