: It was nice and clean and comfy
: An alarm went off out of no where and we still don't know why. The front desk staff had a strong accent so I didnt really understand what he said that problem was but we were assured it was fine.

: My grandaughter really liked the red velvet waffles they had. The staff was nice and approachable for any little thing. The rooms were clean and comfy. No clocks anymore, but we all have cell phones anyway. The indoor pool was fine.
: they could have had the ac in the hallways turned down a bit. they could have had a alternative option for the hot plate at breakfast in the meat department that was not pork at least one day. (I stayed 3 nights) But when I asked, they said the turkey stuff wasn't really eaten as much so they stopped. They also in the past had herbal teas in the coffee area, but none available anymore. My shortcomings probably wouldn't matter to most anyway.

: Usually Hampton Inn has a great breakfast. This hotel in Belton had mediocre breakfast food. The fruit was not really that fresh, the omelettes were so dry l chose to avoid them but the women serving was very kind.
: This hotel is one of the Hampton Inns I would not recommend. It was rather run down- the pool was a huge disappointment and so was the workout / exercise room. At least half of the exercise equipment was broken. Our room was never cleaned in the 3 days we were there so we ran out of clean towels. This hotel was a disappointment .

: There was not a lot that I liked about this hotel. Except it was close to my family.
: Our room was not ready when we arrived. After waiting 40 minutes to check in we were sent to a dirty room. Front desk was not helpful and when I asked for a discount I was offered $20 off my stay which was over $400. What a joke plus at check out I asked for a copyof my bill and was told not since I booked through booking.com
