  : The location was good. Walking distance to shops. Takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the shopping area. About that to walk to trader Joe's and target in opposite direction. Did let us check in at 12 after our long flight.
  : Was very old. It definitely needs updating.Have to ask to get the room cleaned. We asked one day, and they forgot to do it. If we want rubbish collected, you had to put it outside your room before 9am in the morning. Had paper cups for coffee machine. Better if they had proper cups so we could rinse them out Definitely understaffed. Sometimes they were cleaning rooms at 7pm still.Hallways and stairs need a good vaccum. One of the doors had broken glass.

  : The swimming pool is nice because it’s outdoor, but it wasn’t clean.
  : The stuff are not smiling they look so bored. The property needs a lot of maintenance.

  : We did not have any hot water for several hours during our stay and were told that compensation would be provided for this inconvenience, however it was not. I get that things happen but

  : The outside door that is supposed to be secured was NOT! Access to the pool was blocked off, so would have needed to walk all around the whole building. The breakfast was a joke! Had to go elsewhere for breakfast

  : You have put a request in the before for anything. Cleaning services is day before. Even to get some towels to your room had to be requested the day before. I requested towels early in the morning at 8am the male at the desk told me he’ll see what he can do since I didn’t request it yesterday. My checkout is at 12. So I just went to target and back just so I can shower before leaving. But guess what? Soon as I’m walking to my door leaving at 11:55am is when they decided to finally bring my towel. Like seriously!!!!! 5 min Before checkout is wild. I saw cleaning service right now door to my room. I told her can she clean since I’m leaving now to go out. She said okay I made sure to tell the lady at the front too and she said okay. I come back at night and guess what??? My room is still the same. It’s when I go to the guy at the front desk he tells me I need to request it the day before. That’s there policy. I’m like wow and why you never mentioned this when checking in. Everything could’ve been avoided the day before when I ask the cleaning lady to clean my room. But nope she didn’t and that led me to having a bad check out the next day. Everyone there just sit on the job on the phone and eating food somewhere
