  : The location was very convenient; lots of eateries, gas stations, and an exceptionally clean, well stocked WalMart right down the street. For the most part, our room was clean and despite being in a fairly busy spot, it was always quiet; not a lot of noise going on once inside the room.
  : Our bathroom door was off the hinge so we had to lift the door to close/open it, we were told we couldn’t have more than two bath towels at a time, despite having four people in our room, (we asked for two extra towels for the two other people in our room and the front desk told us we needed to let the cleaning lady come in and clean the room and give us new towels which I had been telling the cleaning lady we didn’t need our room cleaned because we didn’t, but our towels weren’t dirty/we weren’t complaining about dirty towels; we just wanted two more for our kids) and then on our second day, someone knocked loudly at 10AM and then opened the door and said, “Checkout!” to which I sat up quickly in bed and told him we were there for a week and he then asked if we paid? But he had a clipboard in his hand so I’m not sure why that wasn’t noted? And then no apologies or anything; he just shut the door and told the cleaning lady we were still in bed. And the smoke detector in our room was gone but the wiring was sticking out of the wall. Plugged wires, but still. I probably overlooked but I didn’t see it mentioned on the travel site; our room didn’t have a coffee maker and there is no continental breakfast offered. Not a huge deal, I just assumed most 2/3 star places offer a coffee pot in room. So that’s my bad. There was a nice mini fridge and microwave though.

  : Rooms was nice. Good a/c clean.
  : Well poorly customer service. The lady was rude didn't inform me when I was paying that we couldn't have no visitors. Kick my granddaughters out of the room when I ran to the store. Felt so uncomfortable and judging me. So I won't return to that budget inn.
