  : poor directions as to where exactly to enter. Dark entrance no lighting despite we had to carry our bags upstairs. Would have been nice to have sugar and powder creamer. Very noisy downstairs tenants.

  : This apartment was in a wonderful location in downtown Beaufort. The bedrooms and baths were nicely appointed and spacious, and the main living are was also comfortable. The unit was very clean. Free parking onsite as well as additional free on street parking. We really appreciated the full size washer and dryer, as we were there for a longer stay. We were also so grateful the owner was pet friendly! I highly recommend this unit if you are visiting downtown Beaufort!
  : The only thing we wish this unit had was a larger fridge. A mini fridge is totally adequate for a weekend, but a little more space would be useful for a longer stay. Also, this place is in the city - there is city noise. It quiets down later in the evening and we have not minded it at all. The location is SO worth it! I only mention this for someone who thinks this might bother them.

  : The location made it easy to see downtown Beaufort (you could walk to everything) and it's in-between Charleston, Savannah, Hilton Head and Bluffton! We liked the message board with all the information on it. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean, roomy and quite! Plenty of towels and having two full bathrooms was a plus. A suggestion for your guest would be to visit the visitor center when they arrive since its practically right out the front door. This way they will get the lay of the land fast, to make the best use of their time in Beaufort. You should mention that there is a cute balcony with chairs to sit and enjoy your morning coffee and a washer/dryer in the closet! TV had many channels and the internet worked well. We would definitely rent this apartment again.
  : A few small tweaks...In the future I would post that the guest should purchase; toilet paper (almost ran out and could not find additional rolls in the apartment), tissues (only one box in the bedroom and it was empty on day two), soap (we brought our own, but what if we didn't), could have used extra coat hangers. The couch was cute but not comfortable. A toaster or toaster oven would be a nice touch, since there is no stove.
