  : The room itself was ok. The A/C didn't seem to be working properly so the room was overly humid. Everything felt somewhat damp. The breakfast was so so. I expected more variety. The bed was also just so so.
  : There was a little league tournament in the area at the time of my stay. There were children, and at some points adults with them, running up and down the halls until 4:00 in the morning. I called the front desk at around midnight to ask if anything could be done. I was told that staff could ask them to quiet down, but that was all they could do. The front desk person also told me they had complaints the previous night about the same thing. She said the hotel Manager told the staff specifically that they "were not allowed to call the police for noise complaints". I advised that I was going to be asking for a discount on my stay, I didn't pay over $116.00 for a night where I couldn't sleep. Because of the noise and conditions I seriously contemplated checking out at 1:oo AM and just sleeping in my car. I wish I had, because at least then I would have been able to get more than 3 hours of sleep. When I did check out around 8:30 AM I asked to speak to the hotel manager. I was advised that he wouldn't be in until around 12:00, but "wouldn't have time to talk to me until later in the day". I asked to have him call me to address my complaint and to discuss a discount on my stay, The front desk lady confirmed my contact information and said that she would have him call me. To this point (7:40 AM the following day) I have not been contacted.

  : Hello my name is Cassandra Oxendine. I was in room 126 and let me first start off saying that the room service and the faculty was excellent and couldn't ask for anything better. The breakfast was also a good experience everything was great there as well, but when it some to night time we had a few restless night's that we really couldn't get any rest cause of the Tennessee kids  that was running up and down the hallway and knocking on our door , where we could not get any rest it took us till about 4 or 5 am to go to sleep due to this problem and i think that i should  get a refund for everything that i have went through while i was here and having to go through the stuff that i had to encounter while i stayed  here, I come all the way from Lumberton North Carolina to go to the World Series that my nephew was playing in  and i had to encounter restless nights when i needed my rest to go to the game's the next day and should i say some days we had to play double games, so u just image how i felt out in the heat after i had hardly had and rest. and two of the Tennessee boys about knock me down in the hallway and i'm Disabled the reason i was writeing this email is because i was one of the ladys thats was complaining and i haveint heard nothing thank you
