  : We loved the location. They kept the roads within the park clear and manageable. It was the perfect winter wonderland for Christmas.
  : We booked a private cabin and were convinced to take the loft due to double booking, which we were assured was also private, but was definitely NOT. Beds were very uncomfortable. Climbing a full set of stairs with all of our gear for 11 nights and then several times a day was not fun. Never even met the manager or any of the staff. Dogs were running around without leashes. We wanted, and paid for an intake, private cabin and we got a second floor apartment with 2 permanent residents below us with very noisy dogs. We would have been much more comfortable in the cabin we booked.
