  : Stayed in the Raven’s Nest, which is its own separate unit. The apartment was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was very spacious and water pressure was good. Contactless check in was quick and easy, even though we arrived after the typical check in hours. The inn is a short walk to the main center of Bar Harbor which is handy since parking is $4/hour otherwise!
  : We did not have breakfast included, but this did not matter to us too much.

  : The pictures on the Internet looked nice; however they were old and out of date.
  : 1. The parking was mentioned, but they need to move their car in the driveway so guests can utilize that space. 2. The Abbott Suite was a small building outside and not connected to the main house. No curtains on livingroom windows. No privacy. 3. The room was disgusting. I removed one pillow case to put my silk-satin on and noticed the stains. Then, I decided to check my mattress and other areas. 4. The lack of upkeep in the garden area that all guests must walk to enter the front door. 5. We paid almost $500 a night and expected better conditions. 6. After a late night out, we showed the pictures first thing in the morning to the owners, Joan and Dan Mills, the husband was rude. Joan also questioned why I took pictures. At first, it was to inform them of the condition of our room and have someone clean, and replace the pillows. But since they were rude, I asked for a refund for the second night so we could leave. Joan did refund the second prepaid night and left the receipt on the front desk. We packed up and left. We were lucky to book a beautiful room at The Balance Rock Located off the Main Street on the water.
