  : NO BREAKFAST WAS PROVIDED Homeless encampment was located across the street, Had a hassle straightening out the fact that we had already paid, Facility is more like a halfway house than a motel, I would not recommend to anyone. Won’t use you again
  : For $200.00 we expected a better room, very sparse, it took 2 different remote controls to operate the tv. Our room came complete with someone else’s drink in the fridge and a used tube of toothpaste in the cupboard. Had to argue at them desk over payment.

  : Bathroom renovation and kitchenette. Very friendly and helpful desk staff.
  : Tiny queen size bed did not fit 2 six footers and there were no rollaways. The room had no seating. The desk staff brought up an old, dirty desk chair covered with a towel. It squeaked and kept us awake. No breakfast even tho it was advertised as having one.

  : first our room had been cancelled due to a policy change we were not notified of but they laid blame to booking.com we got a room as someone decided not to stay as there was several homless people set up in tents directly accros the parking lot. not very inviting. we would not have stayed but knew with a huge concert going on there would be no vacancies

  : The staff were great, the late night man, Shauna and the young man on the day shift were all helpful and chatty. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. The room and bathroom were clean so housekeeping did a good job.
  : The location was shady, its quite out of the way and NOT walkable on foot from the bus depot. Not easy for people who don't drive. Lots of people hanging around outside not exactly giving the place a secure feel. No breakfast provided even though I'm sure I paid for that, and I'm also sure I picked a room with 2 double beds but was given a ground floor room with 1 double. The room was NOT worth the price I paid which was over $230 , no laundry after 8pm which is unhelpful for late checkins like myself. Using an American vpn showed the same room at $160 so overall feeling ripped off. Also why provide a kitchen/ette if there won't be any kitchen equipment provided? No plates, cutlery or pans etc so the kitchen is useless. Not the staffs fault, just overall not a happy experience

  : Very friendly staff and clean rooms and bathroom!
  : We only stayed one night for a concert at the Amphitheatre. We did not expect this Inn to be so far as online was stated 1.3 miles (which we did not mind that walk). We ended up needing to find a mode of transportation back (local Taxi) to the Inn due to the length of the walk after the concert. The air conditioning was not working in our room and no staff at the desk after 10 pm to ask to come and look at it so our room was VERY warm as it was super hot out that day and then again the next morning.

  : The staff was very friendly.
  : They advertise online saying breakfast is included but once we arrived , there was a note at the front desk saying they are no longer serving breakfast. As small as that seems, it’s a big thing for us! We just always like staying where they have breakfast, we sit and eat, drink coffee and then plan out the day.

  : This booking was a scam. There was no couch in the room, no breakfast, no seating in the room etc. The heat was set at 65 degrees and no way to turn up the heat in the room. It was done by the computer at the front desk and we were told that they could not guarantee the heat and that if we got heat they could not control how hot it would get and that the radiator would make loud noises. My spouse who rarely gets cold had feet and knees like ice cubes. I had written a note for the Inn requesting the first floor and the couch as shown on the site. The booking was non-refundable and we were told that we could cancel the booking and go elsewhere but they did not know if you (the third party booking agency) would refund us our money. So we stayed. I will talk to my credit card company tomorrow to see if there is anything we can do as what we signed up for was far from what we got. The desk clerk did say that the owner had updated the site but you had not updated it on your end. She was also unable to reach him on this matter. Furthermore, the place housed a bunch of homeless people and looked like a dive. People walking around in PJs, hanging around the front desk entertaining the clerk, smoking pot outside. Seriously!Unhappy customer to say the least.

  : There was no breakfast, false advertisement. Didnt like the location
  : There was suppose to be a free breakfast included in the price, just as its advertised on bookings.com, but when I checked in, the front desk person told me that they dont do that anymore because the area is overrun by the homeless people that live in a tent city, directly across the street from the hotel, and that they had stopped doing breakfast’s months ago because the homeless would come in and help themselves to it. The location is very, very overrun by the homeless, I saw about 25+ tents set up, so much That at first I thought it was a campsite, but when I saw a guy lift up a toilet bowl by hand and turn it upside down to empty the brown human waste onto the ground, there was no denying that this was not a campground. Its very sad to see that much homelessness, sucks that I didnt get the free breakfast that I paid for in the $250 that I was charged for only the 1 night. Since the customers are staying there, and are paying for a breakfast that they are not getting(false advertisement), I think Pine Tree should be feeding those homeless people breakfast, its already paid for, do the right thing, and give it to the homeless across the street, be creative, do meal prep and bag it and bring it over to them, we paid for it, so give it to them. Otherwise dont advertise that breakfast is included in the room rates, and lower the room rates minus the cost of breakfast. Or a paid voucher for a breakfast at a restaurant. Someone do the right thing here!!A lot of people hanging out front of the hotel, was a little sketchy.
