  : The loft was nice. Well decorated, comfortable and clean. The AC worked very well which was great given 100+ temps outside.
  : There was no bottled water and the tap water tasted awful. The Loft smelled like cigarette smoke. The master bed was super comfortable but headboard lose and banged with every movement. Same with twin bed. Drug dealers set up shop across the street attracting a lot of the homeless population. Being at the corner of 6th and Brazos it was very loud well into the night with traffic noise including periodic sirens and live music. There were earplugs in a jar in the bathroom for guests. That should have been my first clue. A sound machine should have been my second clue. The curtains are thin and not blackout shades to allow sleeping in.

  : Location on 6th Street excellent. Very clean and plenty of towels, basic supplies.Split over two floors was nice and spacious.Overall it was a good choice for our needs and would be happy very return.
  : Confusion to get in as unmanned but extremely helpful team on the phone. Its a bit dated but once you get over that it's fine. It's noisy but the description is completely honest and you adapt. And they provide far plugs which was cute kind touch. The homeless on the street corner are daunting to begin with but caused us no bother.

  : The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The natural lighting was nice...
  : The views out the windows because of homeless. I watched a drug deal and a couple followed me when I went to pick up an order at jimmy Johns. The female waited outside while he came in and used the bathroom. I mentioned them to the staff there and they said to wait and walk in front of the next male walking by.I did they filled close behind by I keyed the door code in and the door was locked when they arrived.

  : The only thing I liked was the inside of the unit was nice - It had everything I needed and was spacious.
  : First you need to make sure everyone knows the parking garage height limit is 6'6". That was not told to me and I have a slightly taller truck(it came from the dealership that way but is a few inches taller than most). Not knowing where another garage was(I come here once a year), and absolutely no one answering the phone, I risked my truck and thankfully it fit, but barely.Second - the elevators at the parking garage are worthless. They are slow in going up and down and the doors have to be pushed open to get out. I used the stairs which was hard to do with luggage.Third - no one answers their phone at this place! I called a few times before the trip, and during the garage fiasco but no answer. They respond to text but that was it.Fourth - Inside what they call a lobby is seating that looks disgusting. The cushions are gross and it was hot in there.Fifth - Ah, the elevators to your unit - there was a plaque next to it in the lobby where it shows when the last time the elevator was inspected - Yeah that certificate expired in September 2020! Makes sense because on more than one occasion it was quicker to take the stairs to and from than to wait on the elevator(super slow!). Even the cleaning ladies waited with me one day to go down and the elevator never appeared. I texted the customer service and they claimed it was working just fine when they checked but in talking with others that stayed there, we all had the same problem throughout the stay.The hallway outside was very hot, along with the elevator and lobby.The unit itself was ok but you could tell it was old and poorly remodeled. The shower surround was painted and the paint was peeling off. The shower head was very low - I'm short and it worked for me but anyone taller than 5'2 would have had to bend down to get under the water. My view - From the balcony view and the living room view all I got to see was the homeless sleeping on the benches or hanging out there all day long.

  : They locked me out by deactivating my code early. I didnt get my checkin instructions until 20 minutes before arrival. And then only because I sent a text threatening to cancel and demand refund
